Individual therapy is offered for children (10+), adolescents, and adults.  A variety of therapy modalities can be used, depending on the needs and wishes of the client.  Some modalities used are CBT, TF-CBT, and DBT.  More information about these therapy modalities can be found on the resources page.

Individual therapy is a 55-minute session, available in-person or virtually.  The first session will comprise of information gathering by your therapist, and together you will identify a treatment plan.
